Shipping Provider
All our domestic shipments within Egypt are handled by Bosta, our trusted logistics partner. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We strive to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Order Tracking
Once Bosta receives your package, you can track it through the link sent to your phone or by visiting the Bosta Tracking Page and entering your tracking number.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your city and the total weight of your order. We occasionally offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain value—keep an eye on our announcements!
Failed Delivery Attempts
Bosta will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. If the courier is unable to reach you after these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate to avoid delays.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our cosmetics to prevent leakage or breakage. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement for you immediately.
