Return & Exchange Policy
At our brand, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Because our products are for personal use, we have established a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges to ensure the safety of all our customers.
1. Returns at the Door (Immediate Return)
We encourage you to inspect your order thoroughly while the Bosta courier is still at your location.

Conditions: If you change your mind or notice any issue with the order at the moment of delivery, you may return the package directly to the courier.

Fees: In the event of an immediate return, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees only.
2. Exchanges (Within 24 Hours)
We offer a limited exchange window for items that have already been accepted from the courier.

Timeframe: You must contact us to request an exchange within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving your order.

Product Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Hygiene Rule: If the product seal is broken or the item shows any signs of use, the exchange will be strictly rejected.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange process.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Once the courier has left and the 24-hour window has passed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Opened or used cosmetics, body splashes, or creams.

Items not in their original condition or packaging.

Requests made after the 1-day exchange period.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. In these specific cases, we will handle the exchange or replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.
